I just placed an order, how long until I get my package?
- Orders generally take 24-48 hours for Payment Review & Processing. Once your payment has been received & verified, we will immediately ship your items according to Delivery Type.
Pattern Orders can take anywhere between 5-8 Business Days to arrive at your destination.
When will I receive tracking information?
- Once your order has been placed & your payment has been processed, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Keep in mind, your tracking number will be updated with shipping information between 5-8 Business Days.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
- Unfortunately we do not at this present time.
Can I change my shipping address after I placed an order?
- If we have not already shipped your order, we'll be able to change the shipping address. Once your order has been shipped, we will no longer be able to make the change.
Do you accept exchanges?
- We only accept exchanges if your pattern was damaged during shipping. We do not accept exchanges in any other circumstance once your order has been shipped.
Can I request a refund?
- No, unfortunately we will not be able to issue refunds.
I received my order, but I'm missing pattern pieces. What next?
- If you're missing pieces from your order, please contact us and send a screenshot of the pattern you received. We will verify the missing pieces and have them shipped within 3 - 4 Business Days.
I placed an order but haven't received a confirmation email. What can I do?
- Order Confirmation emails are typically sent within a few minutes of placing your order, but can take up to an hour. Make sure to check your spam folder!
We often find that incorrectly typed email addresses are often the cause of missing emails.
If you still haven't received your Order Confirmation email, please contact us & we'll be able to resend your order confirmation.
